Our centre is a place that caters and meets the needs of many elderly groups of clients diagnosed with the early onset of Dementia or elderly living alone and in need of companionship, offering a variety of activities to keep them engaged & mentally stimulated on a day to day basis. We also offer & host adaptable sport and fitness related activities, regardless of age or ability. Whether you are new to sport and fitness, we can help you on your way to become more active in your lifestyle.

Our events and activities are available to the whole family perfect for bonding with your children and giving them productive activities to do that can help develop their mind and social skills.

Anxiety & Depression

Mental health and wellbeing are some of the most important aspects of life that need to be treated and worked on, but unfortunately go undiagnosed all to often. Our community events and workshops allow you to participate in a stress free social environment helping you slowly but surely improve your mental health and anxiety.

People Suffering With Dementia

Our trained staff and volunteers are experts in dealing with dementia sufferers. From providing company to helping with stimulating activities to improve the life of people suffering from dementia. 

Helping With Anxiety

We also offer that much needed extra vital support for people living with anxiety disorders including panic attacks, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), phobics etc.

Computer and IT courses

ICT, do you want to learn everything from using a mouse to using Microsoft Office applications. on-line courses available from complete beginners up to level 2

Be part of the Art & Crafts for beginners

Our fun, informal Arts & Crafts workshops offer a variety of projects including make do & mend scrap and card making. Our classes are suitable for beginners with all materials provided. 

Health Events

We often hold lots of health & well-being events providing much needed information about new services that are available to you within your communities, We offer one off events throughout the year,such as coffee mornings, community chat  to Table top sales.

Edge-Hill Way Days

An old fashioned community way of bringing families & people together, to spend time with each other make friends our specifically devised days are to encourage people to Talk together/ Remember together & Interact together. ( No Mobiles / No Computers, just a good old fashioned communication way day that brings people of all ages & abilities together to play old fashioned board games / card games / bingo / creative time to talk and meet new friends.

Reminisces interactive days

Reminisce back to the places you may have visited as a child search for your old area you once lived growing up, see how those places have changed, recall your memories by looking them up on Googles street view.
